JF Restaurants is seeking passionate and experienced Prep Cooks to join our esteemed culinary team at Hamlin House. This is a unique opportunity to grow within an award-winning restaurant group. Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning food items. Assist in basic cooking tasks such as preparing sauces, dressings, and marinades. Label and store food prep properly to maintain freshness and prevent waste. Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment. Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, equipment, and storage. Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
